FW Specialties is a commercial & industrial flooring contractor specializing in seamless flooring systems since 1981. As the only NTMA-certified terrazzo installer in Utah, we pride ourselves on being the terrazzo contractors for some of Utah's most iconic buildings, including SLC International Airport, The Eccles Center, St. Ambrose Catholic Church, BYU Arts Center, and more.

Our capabilities don't stop at terrazzo; our resinous coatings and concrete restoration sectors represent over half of our business. We specialize in traffic coatings, non-slip, chemical-resistant seamless epoxy floor systems, and have expanded into structural repair, including FRP, seismic upgrades, and more. Our high-performance floors are found in airports, hospitals, universities, commercial kitchens, food and beverage plants, bottling and packaging facilities, and more.

Backed by an experienced crew and a hands-on project management team, we’re known for quality workmanship, safety, and reliability. We are headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah, and have an office in Los Angeles, California, where we operate our boutique residential terrazzo company, Hermosa Terrazzo, serving high-end, luxury homes and installing unique, state-of-the-art terrazzo.

We recently acquired Golden Floor, a resinous flooring company based in Aurora, Colorado. This acquisition expands our footprint and allows us to provide more comprehensive services with combined teams and expertise.
